Most pieces from DMDW are made to order. They are built for you once your order is placed, because of that, we're not able to accept returns for change of mind. Every policy below exists to make sure that if something goes wrong on our end, we make it right.

Damage or Defects

If your piece arrives damaged, or you find a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at daniyal@dmdw.design. Please include photos of the item and its packaging, this helps us understand what happened and get you a resolution quickly.

Once we've confirmed the issue, we'll offer a replacement or a refund. For domestic orders, we cover return shipping. For international orders, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Cancellations

Because pieces go into production quickly, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production hasn't started. After that window, or once production has begun, we're unable to cancel or modify the order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us confirming the return, back to your original payment method.
